Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized with an application that is specifically designed for. You can save maps of your house and create cleaning schedules and choose mopping modes. They also let you change suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrubbing action your mop uses.

A mapping function will help your robot navigate through rooms. A feature for avoiding obstacles helps it avoid running over wires, furniture or other toys. These features are essential in my house, which is full of toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the flagship vacuum of the company and mop, comes packed with features. It's able to both mop and sweep in a single session, and it can even raise its mop pads and brushes to stop soft surfaces from becoming wet. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, with the ability to identify pets plants, a variety of small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vac we've tested. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on an object.

The mopping function is impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad for a deep clean. It also features an automatic mop lifting system which lifts the pad as it moves from laminate to tile or hardwood to carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be rinsed and heat-dried within the dock, and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. This means you can just set it and forget it, only having to change the dust bag or refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its normal vac and mop settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and returned to its base for a recharge. This is not far off of the 180 minutes that Roborock claims, and is on par with other hybrids that I've tested.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only issue is that it's costly. The number of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We would highly recommend this vacuum when you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. Its high-end price is justified by its powerful features, which include an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mops. It has an app-enabled smart control system and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop sets available, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well in all areas of the home, taking out 98.4 percent of debris from all types of floors and able to lift long hair with no tangling. The mops also performed well, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, due to their rotational motion and an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The docking station emptys the trash bin into a bag to collect dirt, refills the tank with water to use to mop and also dry your mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its smart controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid mops I tested. The mops in the L10S Ultra are not as effective at removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular maintenance. The base station must be emptied, and the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads that are sold separately will also require replacement every few months.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're on a smaller budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that allows you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at your home. It's worth noting that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can purchase but its high cost and constant maintenance will ultimately make it more of a want than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to get rid of messes and remove dirt from your hard floors. This powerful mop and robovac combo packs a strong suction power of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery that can be used for both vacuuming and mowing, and top-notch obstacles-avoiding. It also comes with a roller mop that cleans itself as it goes and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-cleaning to clean the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs used in other robots. The roller is almost full width of the bot, and it is constantly supplied with ozonated, clean water from its dock. When it turns the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept away into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements, and is poured into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard can hold a good amount of water and can take on up to a dozen mopping session before running out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use straight out of the box as do most robotic vacuums and mops. The S1 Pro needs to be filled with clean water. This can be done in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock in case you want to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you decide to choose to use this feature you'll need to purchase the brand-name cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit you to use your personal cleaning products.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did the majority of robots. It was quick to map out a area and navigated around furniture. It sat on carpets with thick piles a few times during my tests. However, this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum but it does have some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it goes. The mopping system can clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's extreme suction is perfect for picking up pet hair and debris on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite extensive, and provides many options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start the full map and then take care to clean everything that is that the device maps, or you can select specific rooms, expandable zones or even a routine that you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mops to map the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, like all the Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system is efficient in locating rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized way.  More Material  pathing setting is excellent at covering a space, with no major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective, though it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers such as carpets that are thick, but it might not be able to identify smaller objects like electrical wires and rug tassels.

The machine has a major problem: it doesn't offer a mop after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who regularly vacuum before using their robot. There's a good workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. This lets you use the vacuum's mopping capability to remove the last remnants of debris and dust left behind by the vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot keep its cleanness a bit higher than its less expensive competitors.
